Shipping policy

Processing Time
All items are handmade and shipped from our studio in Paphos, Cyprus. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship all international orders via Cyprus Post (Registered Mail) or private courier (DHL/ACS) depending on the order size. A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Packaging
To ensure your items arrive safely, we use a double-box method for fragile ceramics.
